After many trials, it feels great to finally get a 3 second hold!

The interesting parallel to technology and research is how progress happens in step functions. Getting this hold definitely felt that way. You can't just linearly grind from a standing position to a 90-degree hold. Breakthrough often comes from countless trial and error, each strengthening your core and foundation. Then suddenly, you level up all at once.

Ironically, mastery and the last 5-10% is a grind.
